    DVD/Blu-ray/UHD Ripper provides audio formats for you to extract audio from movies or TV shows, and you can set it to output common audio formats such as AAC, MP3, etc., or get high-fidelity (Hi-Fi) audio files. Please follow the steps below:

    1. Open DVDFab 13 and select the "Ripper" module.
    2. Load the source movie/TV series and choose the desired title to rip.
    3. Click on the dropdown menu in the profile field on the main interface and select "Choose Other Profile".
    4. From the profile panel, select an Audio format or a Hi-Fi Audio format for the conversion.
  • How to remove commentary audio when copying/ripping a movie?

    If you are facing issues with only the audio description in the output file and are not hearing the normal audio, here are some steps to help you resolve the problem:

    1. Preview the audio streams after selecting the main title to identify the correct track you need.
    2. Look for a track that does not contain narration or director's commentary on the main interface under Audio tab. The correct track format should typically be an AC-3/5.1 or DTS track, as the AC-3/2 track is often used for commentary or narration.
    3. Select the appropriate track for copying or ripping to ensure you get the normal audio without any added descriptions or commentary.
  • How to copy and burn DVD to single-layer disc instead of DVD9 discs?

    You can use the Full Disc/Main Movie mode in Copy module, select DVD5 as the output option. This will compress the file size to fit a standard DVD5 (single-layer) disc. Then, insert a blank DVD5 disc to burn the copied content.

  • How to convert a DVD/Blu-ray to play on Apple devices?

    To convert a DVD/Blu-ray movie to a file format that is compatible with Apple device, you can use the Ripper module in DVDFab.

    After loading the movie disc as the source in DVDFab, select a title and open the profile panel. Next, switch to Device > Apple and choose the desired Apple profile. Return to the main interface and begin the conversion process.

  • How to add a watermark to movie?

    With the Ripper module in DVDFab, on the same line as the desired title, you can click on the icon looks like a pen to open the "Video Edit" window, switch to the Watermark tab, and there you can choose to add text or picture as watermark to the video.
