  • How to change the account email to a new one?

    You can change the user name, password, and registered email account in the Member Center > Profile section.

  • How many computers can I run my license on?

    One License can be used to authorize DVDFab on two computers, but the two computers cannot be used at the same time.

    If you no longer use DVDFab on your current computer or that your computer dies/crashes, deauthorize the license from the computer, and then freely activate the same license on the new one.

  • How do I delete my account if I no longer use DVDFab?

    Currently users cannot delete the account directly on our website. Please contact us for assistance.

  • What options or plans do I have for ordering DVDFab products?

    We offer two plans for ordering DVDFab products:

    1. Lifetime License Plan: With the lifetime license, you can receive updates and support for the product for free, no need to pay for them again for using on the new versions.
    2. Subscription Plan: With the Monthly/Annual subscription plan, you will be charged periodically (monthly or annually) for continued using the product.

    It's set to auto-bill, however, you can manage your subscription at any time through the member center.

  • How to unsubscribe my subscription to the DVDFab products?

    If you have a subscription plan but decide not to continue with it for the next subscription period, you can easily cancel it through the Member Center.

    Simply navigate to the "Subscription" tab and select "Cancel subscription", then follow the onscreen guide to complete the cancellation process.

    Please note: Your subscription will remain active until the expiration date, but there will be no automatically charged for future periods.
