- Does UHD Copy also copy Blu-rays and DVDs or do you have to purchase the separate modules?
UHD Copy/UHD Ripper is for 4K UHDs only, it does not copy Blu-rays and DVDs. You need to purchase the separate modules, such as Blu-ray Copy or DVD Copy, to copy Blu-rays and DVDs respectively; and if you want to convert Blu-ray and DVD movies to digital format, you will need to use Blu-ray Ripper and DVD Ripper.
- Why am I still being charged even though I have canceled my subscription?
This is probably because you did not complete the whole unsubscription procedure. After you follow the prompts in Member Center > Subscription > Cancel subscription, you will receive an email containing a link. And you need to click the link to confirm the unsubscription there.
